About Us

Mr Wong started his teaching career with a B.A (Hons) Education degree from USM in 1977. His other qualifications include MA (UM) and Dip.TESL (RELC). He spent most of his career as a teacher trainer before he was appointed as a school principal.  He is an experienced school leader, having served in different capacities in both public & private schools. 
After his retirement from the public education sector in 2011, he continues to manage and lead Private and International schools. Mr Wong is also active in providing consultancy and advisory services in the setting up of schools.
Throughout his career as an educator, Mr Wong recognises the critical role played by a school community in facilitating students to acquire positive habits and good practices. A conducive school environment enables students to meet their potential. To cultivate a positive school environment, teachers need to acquire best pedagogical practices to ensure that student needs are the primary focus of all school policies and educational initiatives. 
We are indeed very privileged to have Mr Wong with us in Summit 2 Private School as our Academic Studies Director.

Principal

Ms Sharla Devi graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Education      (B.Ed. Hons) majoring in Mathematics.  She has been in the Teaching Profession for more than a decade and has taught Mathematics in Private and International Schools. Ms Sharla is dedicated to bring an inspiring and hands-on learning experience to students. Passionate about teaching and with good leadership skills, she strives to lead the school, challenge and support the staff, and motivate children to be the best they can be.

Head of Primary

Ms. Devaki graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with honours from University Sains Malaysia. She has been an educator for more than 38 years in various government schools. She was also a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), Penilaian Menengah Rendah (PMR), and Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) examiner for English and History. With her vast experience in academics and dealing with

students of all ages, she has acquired the skills to be an

excellent teacher and with special administrative know how.

Head of Secondary

Ms. Kaithri graduated with  a  Masters of  Arts (English). She is an accomplished secondary school teacher with outstanding classroom management skills. She is passionate in helping children of all ages reach their  true potential. She has taught at various secondary schools for the past 17 years. She has built  extensive teaching skills that allow her to deliver engaging lessons, rigorous classroom management and an impressive results in development and exams.

Ms Fatin graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science (Hons.) Chemistry. She has experience in teaching the Singapore syllabus for Primary School Leaving Exam (PSLE) and Ordinary Level (O’level). She is a warm and caring teacher who wants all her students to be successful learners and works to create a classroom atmosphere that is stimulating, encouraging and adaptive to the varying needs of students.

Mrs Palaniammal Kissen graduated with a Bachelors of Biochemistry (Hons) degree from University Putra Malaysia. She embarked on her career as a Senior Lecturer with Asia Metropolitan University where she served in various capacities as an educator for diploma and degree students, programme manager and eventually into management. 
Her involvement in the industry does not only include teaching but in creating and implementing of curriculum for various fields and syllabus accreditation.

Ms Mari a passionate educator holds a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Asia e University, certified in KAP ( Kursus Asuhan & Didikan Awal Kanak- Kanak). She has also completed TESOL from London Trinity College. An experienced teacher with a thorough understanding of preschool learning foundation and curriculum framework. A creative, caring and capable teacher keen in helping children to build a solid foundation for lifelong learning and well being.

With over eight years of dedicated teaching experience Sindhu Darshini, has cultivated a profound love and passion for educating children. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master's degree in Educational Management. She is committed to providing quality education and nurturing young minds and firmly believes in the quote by Mahatma Gandhi, "The future depends on what you do today." She also believes that every moment spent teaching, shapes the future, and she is eager to continue making a positive impact in the lives of her students at S2PS.

Ms Farah graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art, minoring in Graphic Design. She aims to bring this passion and her design skills to the classroom using visual aids and creative approach to make learning engaging and effective. Experienced as Graphic Designer for more than 5 years, she believes that learning is a collaborative journey, and is excited to help students develop their own creative potential!"

Ms Chee holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Asia e University, is certified in KAP, and has also completed a Diploma in Computer Studies. As a teacher, she is deeply aware of the responsibility and mission she shoulders, and remains committed to dedicating herself tirelessly to the path of education. She has been engaged in education for 18 years, always adhering to the principle of student-centered teaching and tailoring instruction to individual needs. She focuses on cultivating students’ independent thinking skills and team spirit. In her teaching, she continuously refines her methods, striving to integrate knowledge with real life so that her lessons have both depth and warmth.

Ms Yasitha a passionate and dedicated educator holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Education majoring in English. With a genuine love for teaching, she brings warmth and positivity to every classroom, fostering student engagement and confidence in Mandarin through creative, interactive lessons. Her teaching philosophy centers on nurturing cultural appreciation and conversational fluency empowering students to express themselves freely in real-world contexts.

Ms Vimala a seasoned educator and social science specialist with 35 years of teaching experience, holds a degree in Social Science (Sejarah and Pengajian Melayu) from Universiti Malaya. Trained in educational methodologies,curriculum development and classroom management through UM’s Diploma in Education. Former SPM Marker and Head of History (Panitia Sejarah) at a government school, spearheading curriculum reforms. Commited to fostering student engagement through interactive and culturally relevant teaching approaches.Aspiring to contribute to academia,education or cultural preservation initiatives by bridging scholarly knowledge with practical teaching excellence.

Ms. Azlina graduated with a Bachelor of Education (Major: Malay Literature, Minor: Malay Language) and a Master's of Educational (Educational Planning and Administration) with honours from University Malaya. She has been an educator for more than 32 years in various government schools. She was also a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) and Penilaian Menengah Rendah (PMR) examiner for Malay Language (Bahasa Melayu). She always gives her best for the students to ensure they succeed in the exam and their future. She believes that all students can succeed as long as they have determination and effort. 

Ms. Maizatul, or fondly known as Ms. Mai, graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Shah Alam with an Honours Degree in Sports Science. Coming from a sports school background, she was actively involved in athletics and represented her school and university in various sports events. She prioritises discipline and instils the spirit of sportsmanship in her students, creating an engaging learning environment that nurtures their physical, mental, and social development while inspiring them to excel in both academics and co-curricular activities.
